Paris apartment found!
Bonjour mes ami,
Since I told you the bad news, I feel compelled to share the good news! We secured an apartment this morning just off rue St. Paul in the Marais where we love to be. It is tiny and the one with 70 steps, but we will make it work. We’re very grateful to have found something and breathing a big sigh of relief. I have attached the link so you can go to the web site and click the arrows to see photos of the inside.
We have already reserved our beloved apartment at 42 rue St. Paul for next June and July so there will not be any last minute crazies! But for this year, we’ll indeed have a new experience here.

Oh, thank goodness. 70 steps…..think of all you walk every day even though they aren’t up and down. You’ll manage…keep some good lotion or whatever for the knee
